We envisage that your personal information shall be retained by us for the following: For any users without an account created all data will securely be stored for 2 years then will be erased from the database. Anyone with an account created after 3 years if there is no activity on the account we will send an email reminder to see if you'd wish to keep your account open or if you'd like your date removed form our system.  After the period described above, your information shall be properly deleted or anonymised.  

Keeping your information secure:

We will ensure the proper safety and security of your personal information and have measures in place to do so. We will also use technological and organisation measures to keep your information secure. These measures are as follows: User account access is controlled by a unique username and password, all data is stored on secure servers. Payment details are encrypted using SSL.
